Receipts over narration
A log of "we did the thing" is not the same as a cryptographic evidence "the thing happened." The category convention — self-attested control posture — is structurally fragile. We design for the auditor who refuses to trust us.
The provider is interchangeable infrastructure.
Claude, GPT, Gemini, and the next frontier model are means, not the system of record. Workflows written against a specific provider SDK are tomorrow’s lock-in risk. We invert this: the evidence fabric is the system of record; the provider is a routing decision.

Scope before making a delivery promise
The Opportunity Map establishes the workflow, baseline, dependencies, authority, and acceptance criteria first. A separately quoted implementation follows only after a go decision, with its schedule confirmed against the mapped systems, access, and operating support.
