Compliance is a first-class constraint, not a finishing layer.
AI products that treat compliance as a polish phase produce dashboards. AI products that treat compliance as the load-bearing structural constraint produce evidence fabrics. We build the second kind.
Receipts over narration
A log of "we did the thing" is not the same as a cryptographic proof "the thing happened." The category convention — self-attested control posture — is structurally fragile. We design for the auditor who refuses to trust us.
The provider is interchangeable infrastructure.
Claude, GPT, Gemini, and the next frontier model are means, not the system of record. Workflows written against a specific provider SDK are tomorrow’s lock-in risk. We invert this: the evidence fabric is the system of record; the provider is a routing decision.
Productize where we can, consult where we must
Compliance never fits a template; the execution layer should never be re-built per customer. The hybrid model is the design constraint — not an artifact of go-to-market evolution.
Deliver to production, or we don’t engage
Pilots that never reach production are the cost of bad scoping. We engage on workflows we believe will ship to daily operator use in six weeks, or we decline the engagement. Production is the only honest milestone.
If your workflow is already running, you don’t need us.
We engage when an AI workflow has been blocked by compliance for long enough that the productivity gap is measurable. If your CISO is unhappy with the framework gap, we are useful. If your team has already deployed, we are not the right fit.
